Much better I have not had the best experiences at the service center in the past but this time the girl that helped me was great. She was so helpful the entire t I have not had the best experiences at the service center in the past but this time the girl that helped me was great. She was so helpful the entire time and even walked me out to my car to show me where it was parked outside. She took the time out there to look at my tires and show me how to use a feature on my key fob that I never used before. She also explained to me that the young mans that first started my service was just learning. Which I figured was the case .. but at least he was trying. In the past I have gone to the service center to drop off my car and after driving in, no one greeted me and there were people just sitting at desks every where. It was odd. Not sure her name but maybe Ashley .. please check and give her a raise. More

They provide yummy refreshments, interesting TV show programming, free newspapers, and open access to restrooms. Also, the service staff do an excellent job of keeping a client informed of the work progress via periodic texts. My service representative was friendly and courteous.
