Many choices were narrowed down as we looked. Daniel greeted us as we walked in and was very helpful from the start. As the process unfolded we realized that we not only wanted to purchase the car we were looking at but also very much wanted to buy it from Daniel. We express our hunger and I suggested my wife walk down the street to get some food to bring back. Daniel would have nothing to do with that and drove us over to get our food. All of the folks in the dealership were also freindly and helpful. I would recommend this deanship to my family and friends. The whole experience went very well for the end of a long day. Scheduled oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment to have my oil changed at 6 pm. I arrived and got checked in with one of the employees at 5:45 pm. He told me that it shouldn’t be longer than an hour. I waited an hour and a half to ask for an update on my car. They told me it was still be serviced and that it was busy. I reminded them that I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 6 and why would it take this long with an appointment. I didn’t get my keys to my car until 8:20 pm. This oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Either incompetence of how they take appointments or total incompetence on their employees. I will never go back here for anything and I have been telling friends and family member how embarrassingly terrible this experience was. More
