Completely Subpar Went there for an oil change and 2.5 hours later I finally got my car. Zero communication, zero updates, nothing. I have brought my car there previously without much of a hitch outside of maybe taking a bit longer to do my oil change but this time it was out of control. I was late to work because of it. In fairness this is a Honda Dealership and I drive a Chevy (that I bought from them) but I have brought it there previously as stated before without much problem. When I asked they said "well it sometimes takes longer because it is a Chevy" but if that was the case why wasnt I told that when I checked in? Why wasnt that a problem the other times I came in? How much time can it take to go across the street to your Chevy Dealership and get a filter? I understand things happen and maybe you got backed up or things fell through the cracks but I was 30 feet away in the waiting room listening to my headphones someone could have come in and explained. I would have suggested I come back another day and left not that upset just a little inconvenienced and probably still loyal. Now, I will just go to Valvoline for an oil change as the price is similar and I get it done rather quickly. More

Service was efficient and delivered what was agreed on. Chad, in service, was easy to work with and delivered the agreed upon items to be serviced in the time he promised. The hours are great and the Honda dealer is close to my home. Also, I want to keep my Honda Pilot dependable and pristine. The way to do that is to have it serviced at Luther Honda! More

Excellent service The malfuncton light was coming on. Because it had happened more than once in the last month I didn't think it was just a loose gas cap. I stopped in Saturday without an appointment when the light came on again. There were no openings- but Jared was extremely hepful setting up the earliest available opening on Monday at 11:30. I had a vet appointment at 2:15. I knew the diagnostic test would take an hour + any repairs if needed. Maurice was my service rep - excellent. Diagnostics revealed there were a couple of issues. Maurice went over everything. He offered to contact me at 1:30 to tell me when the car would be done. Then I would know whether I should cancel the vet appointment. The car was done at 1:45! I called the vet to see if I could come in 15 minutes late.. They said yes. Eveything worked out. I have always had good experiences with Brookdale Honda. More

Easy Annual Maintenance Brought my civic in for its annual maintenance. Very easy to set the appt up online and service went quickly. The loaner car was fantastic too. Advisor runnoft I was stuck in the waiting room for almost 7 hours. The regular service apparently finished iver an hour before my advisor came out to tell me n't cat I was stuck in the waiting room for almost 7 hours. Then said repairs took three times as long as ny advisor days they would. And too top it off, the staff never came out to collect me after they finally finished, leaving my keys and paperwork sitting next to the cashier for over 45 minutes before I on my own initiative went to said cashier about why my car was taking so long, and noticed my keys just sitting there. I have no idea where my advisor went. My time im going to book an earlier time slot for service, and make sure I have at least $2000 in my checking account. I didn't catch anyone's name. More

3 hour oil change I made an appointment expecting the service to be done at that time. After sitting around for 3 hours my oil change was completed.
