Much to my delight, there was an attendant that was not suddenly on the phone, or checking a car, or talking to someone. She was more than willing to help me. I was so happy that she stopped what she was doing and acknowledged me right away. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Huge TV, magazines, well lit. The only thing that sucked was the wait time - 1 1/2 hours. At least when my car was ready, I easily used a coupon to pay and was on my way. I really like that I get a free car wash too. Thank you! Helped get the best price for an oil change I had scheduled an oil change earlier that day. The representative assisting me at the service center was polite and informed me that the coupon I tri I had scheduled an oil change earlier that day. The representative assisting me at the service center was polite and informed me that the coupon I tried to use for the synthetic oil change was expired. Instead of leaving it at that she let me know that if I find a coupon that I can bring it to her before paying and she can apply it. A quick Google search got me almost 30% off the price. During the service the rep came and updated me on a few things that needed service in my car. She provided the price and the priority of the repairs and did not try to force me into anything when I declined all of the recommendations at that time. I don’t know enough about cars or car parts to know if the prices are fair so I’m always wary of accepting those recommendations on the spot. Thankfully none made the car unusable at that time. The waiting room was comfortable and I liked the selection of teas. More
