Takara airbag recall My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver side door latch. I didn't know anything about that. So not only did I get my airbags replaced I also got my door latch fixed! She also gave me her telephone number so I would know when she called me. It was a wonderful experience. Charged for service never done. I brought my 2017 Honda accord in for its first service visit to this dealership from whom I had bought the car last year. The visit required a oil a I brought my 2017 Honda accord in for its first service visit to this dealership from whom I had bought the car last year. The visit required a oil and filter change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour and 50 minutes I was told that my car was finished and please be sure to give American Honda a 100% rating on this dealership. I checked my wheels and tires and noticed that The right front wheel, where I had had a scratch from six months ago upon hitting the curb was still in its same position in the right front. I called the technician and confronted him that he had not perform the tire rotation. He admitted that he had signed off on doing the work but in fact had not done it because of “personal issues“. I told him that he should call his service manager and tell him what he had done. Sometime later The service manager Mike called me and told me that the technician had “forgotten“ to do the tire rotation. I told him that that was not what the technician had told me-the technician admitted that he had not done the work but signed off on it. The service manager said, “that’s not how we do business.” Of course in this case that is exactly how they did business. Now I’m wondering whether he really changed the oil and oil filter. I would avoid this business and will tell others to do so as they are dishonest. More

Too long for just an oil change and brake check! I understand that they're busy, and if I were a walk in, I understand that I'd need to wait till there was an opening. However, I made an appointment, and in my mind, there should be a tech available to attend to my vehicle at the appointed time. If there isn't someone available at that time, let me know, and I will pick a time when someone is available. I waited 2 hours just to have my brakes inspected, and my oil changed. I know it should take less than half that time, and even if it did take you a full hour, I'd be okay with that, but 2 hours is ridiculous for those tasks to be accomplished. More

Mike was concerned that I find a vehicle that I truly wanted, and then was very reassuring as he went through the functions of the SUV, since several differed from my previous car.
