When they sold me the car, they told me it came with four free oil changes. Now, they have added that the four free oil changes are only good until the car hits 20,000 miles or until the end of 2023. They certainly did not tell me this when they wanted to make a sale. I think it is sleazy to leave that information out. I have not checked my paperwork yet to confirm if that was in writing, but either way, it has significantly reduced any interest in doing additional business with Luther Brookdale Mazda, and I am no longer recommending this dealership to other friends who are currently buying cars or those who will buy cars in the future. Friendly and fast and they usually wash my car without me even asking. Also love the latte machine they have in the waiting area, long with snacks & area for working on computer!
