I started my vehicle search by contacting the dealership by e-mail. I recieved a prompt response from Eric Palmer answering my questions. Once I settled on a vehicle they took care of the rest while I sat and watched TV. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car. More

I came to Brookdale Mazda after visiting several other dealers. I had narrowed down my search to the car I wanted, but hadn't yet felt comforstable with a dealer. I don't live near Brookdale, but took the trek because I was happy with the service my old Subaru had gotten at a Luther dealership. I am very glad I made the drive. Eric Palmer was my salesperson, and he was the first person I'd talked to who actually knew in detail about the CX-5 I was buying. He was friendly, respectful, and straightforward. Negotiation for my new car purchase and my old car trade in was very easy and transparent. Before I left, Eric made sure I knew how to operate the newer features on my car and made it clear I could call with any questions. He also introduced me to the service department. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mazda for buying a car, and Eric Palmer as a salesperson. Kellie in financing was very thorough and easy to deal with also. More

I came to the dealership more than a little strung out from the stress and immediately the peaceful, pleasant vibe of the place settled me. I had made both phone calls and internet inquiries and had two salespeople ready for me. They were gracious to each other and Sam handled my transaction. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He got me into a new car at a price I could afford and gave me a decent trade in value. Kellie handled my financing and it was painless. I love my new Mazda 3. Thanks guys! More
Not having purchased a truly "new" new vehicle in nearly 20 years, I came to Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi by default, since they were the Mazda dealer closest to me. The purchase experience was unex in nearly 20 years, I came to Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi by default, since they were the Mazda dealer closest to me. The purchase experience was unexpectedly pleasant — no strings on the test drive — and I was suitably impressed by the fit and finish of the Mazda I drove. Salesman Duane Thompson was pleasant to work with from test drive to trade-in evaluation to purchase negotiation, and I got none of those "high-pressure" vibes that are easy to get when making what is for me a sizable purchase. I was looking for the absolute base model, not because it was least expensive, but because it was the only trim level that offered a manual transmission (I hate automatics). Knowing from the beginning that I was looking only at the least expensive model line, I could not help but notice that Brookdale's selection of the absolute base model was limited, but that was no surprise. Selection of intermediate and upscale models was very broad, and if I'd been interested in an automatic transmission, I'd have had many choices. With less than 200 miles on the car since I took delivery, I've had no opportunity to use Brookdale's service department, so I can't rate "quality of work," but my overall impression of the dealership and its personnel is certainly positive at this point. I've ordered a couple of accessory items that will need to be installed, and once those parts arrive and that work is completed, I'll have a better impression of Brookdale's service performance. I've already recommended the dealer and Mr. Thompson to my son, who'll be shopping for a new(er) vehicle at some point in 2014. More
