I stumbled across this dealership based on the location being a bit closer than the Mazda dedalership in White Bear that I originally bought my Mazda Tribute from. I went to get a safety recall issue fixed and will never go back to White Bear. I have never come across a friendlier, more polite and helpful staff. They expressed genuine interest in their customers and did not push any unecessary services. I will be going back here for service as long as I live in MN! More
Customer service is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the sales person that sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago stops to talk. Rick was so friendly and accommodating. He got me in early and the rental car was ready and clean. I also liked that it was a newer version of mine, so I didn't have to learn all the controls. I was very comfortable with their recommendations for repairs. There was never any pressure to OK the repairs. I had elected to wait for my car but he let me know it would be at least 3 hours and offer repairs. There was never any pressure to OK the repairs. Service team memeber Tim Salber is the best - courteous, honest, & backs up what he says. Service Manager Paul Schwegman called us at home to ask if everything had been handled to our satisfaction - that s honest, & backs up what he says. I was helping my Dad to buy or lease a car. John told us that they are waiting to hear from the Bank and it may take from 20 minutes to 2 hours. He recommended to me and my parents to get a lunch and he that they are waiting to hear from the Bank and it may take from 20 minutes to 2 hours. He recommended to me and my parents to get a lunch and he will call us as soon as he heard from the bank. 2 1/2 hours later no phone call. I called them and talk to John, He said he will check on it and call me back within 3 minutes. waited another 1/2 hour still no phone call. I call them again who ever answered the phone was very rude. I told him the situation and his answer to me is John is busy helping other customer. I told him we are customer to that John had waited for almost 3 hours. Left a voicemail to John and he never even call us back to appologize that he let us waited that long. Worst customer service experience in my life. I'm so mad i can't stand it. More

Sam was extremely helpful to the point where he gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him even if he wasn't at work. Kelli, who helped me wade thru the paperwork was also great.
