Duane was great to work with. He took the time to familiarize me with the car and to make sure that I understood how things worked before I left the lot with my new Mazda 3. As the primary drive of the vehicle, he spent a lot of time addressing my questions and never made me feel as though they weren't important. When I bought my previous vehicle (a Toyota), the salesman barely acknowledged me, speaking instead to my husband even though I was the primary driver. He arranged for the car to be put up on a hoist in the service dept. at my husband's request so we could see how to change the oil etc. He also introduced us to someone in the service dept. and made sure we understood where to bring the car for the first free oil change and for other service as needed. Kelly was also very nice to work with. We went over a lot of paperwork and options available to me (such as the rust proofing etc.) and made it all seem very clear and understandable. The man in the service dept. who put the car up on the hoist was very nice and also very clear about what would be needed to do minor service to the car if we decide to do that (ie. oil changes). Overall, a great buying experience. More

I stumbled across this dealership based on the location being a bit closer than the Mazda dedalership in White Bear that I originally bought my Mazda Tribute from. Rick was so friendly and accommodating. He got me in early and the rental car was ready and clean. I also liked that it was a newer version of mine, so I didn't have to learn all the controls.
