A few months ago I got new tires and drove home but noticed my car was shaking. When I got home I called and let him know of the concern. I told Dallas I couldn't go back to the dealership because I had to work for the day so he had someone come and pick up my car from home, free of charge and no questions asked. Within a couple hours, the alignment was fixed and the vehicle was back at my house. This is why I will continue doing business with Brookdale Mazda. The customer service is unbeatable! More
