I believe I got a good price on the vehicle as is was at least $1,000 to $1,500 below comparable models at our neighborhood dealer. When I brought it back to have my license plates installed, I told the service desk person that the vehicle had vibrated very badly on the way over, which it hadn't done at all before. He knew exactly what to do. I had been driving through snow for several days and it had frozen onto the wheels and made them out of balance. He pulled out a hose and washed all snow off. Everything was smooth on the way home. All in all, no complaints and everything's going well so far. More
