A Good Experience My initial visit to the dealership was to learn more about one of the 3 SUV’s I was considering. Diana Gumeniuc was wonderfully understanding with my long list of questions and concerns about suv’s in general, the rav4 in particular, 2019 safety features and the transition from a sedan to a suv. Under her direction I had a comprehensive session learning about and testing the vehicle’s features both as we worked our way through them in the parking lot and on the test drive. Also the proposed pricing, without being asked for, was in line with what my research had suggested. This entire exploratory experience far outshone my experience at the 2 competing manufacturer’s dealerships. That’s the dealership—now the Rav4 itself fit my driving style the best of the SUV’s under consideration. So I have transitioned easily from my older Camry with no electronics to the Rav4 and all its electronics and safety features. After “getting the keys”, Diana devoted an extensive amount of time to helping me become familiar with various settings options and then getting them set just for me. I really appreciated that. More
