Straight forward & hassle free After finding the certified used vehicle online we were interested in, my wife went to the dealership and walked around the used lot looking at vehicl After finding the certified used vehicle online we were interested in, my wife went to the dealership and walked around the used lot looking at vehicles without any sales person contact for 10-15 minutes. Upon going inside she asked to speak to someone and was randomly handed off to Moe and took a test drive. That experience was not a great one due to Moe’s lack of interest in engaging the customer, my wife. He gave the sense it was a take it or leave it thing. Skipping ahead, we really wanted to take another look at this same vehicle but with someone who was a better sales person so we looked at the dealership on DealerRater to find a sales person who would be easy to work with. We found many recommendations for Bill Quaday and he did not disappointment. Bill made time for us, was interested in what we wanted and did not want, and he went above and beyond several special requests before purchasing the vehicle. In essence, Bill didn’t look at us as a dollar symbol or customer but as someone he wanted to help find the right vehicle based on our circumstances regardless of the time and energy it took on his part. Bill was straight forward with no b.s. and it was a smooth transaction. Thanks, Bill! You’re the man! David Moe in finance was also easy to work with, was patient, and informative when closing the deal. Both Bill and David were comfortable answering the tough questions too without getting ruffled. Thanks to Bill and David. Lastly, the dealership was very clean and was very family friendly both with having a separate kids area in the lounge but more importantly having grace with loud children around when the sales process can take some time. More

Wonderful service from Nathan Johnson I have had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Brad for over 3 years and they have made good suggestions for service on my Toyota Camrey's. But wh I have had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Brad for over 3 years and they have made good suggestions for service on my Toyota Camrey's. But what I really enjoy is their wonderful customer service, always smiling and always making me smile as we discuss the services. I worked with Nathan on this service call and he took the time to measure tread depth and say to leave the tires in their current position and check rotation on next service stop. He could have suggested to rotate now, for added revenue to the companies bottom line, but, he knows I will be back to his dealership because he has established my trust in his judgement on keeping the Camry in good condition. I hope someone takes the time to read this review and give him a pat on the back, he is a great asset to the dealership and I feel the same about Brad. I am 73, wear glasses and need someone I can trust about car maintenance and Nathan and Brad are the two customer services reps at Luther Brookdale Toyota that make me keep coming back for service as well as purchasing another vehicle, keep up the good work!
