Below value trade in offer & left me hanging twice! I just can't recommend this place or any other Luther dealership. I've had frustrated experiences at a few of their dealerships. The salesman was very poor about following up with me on updates and what was needed for a down payment. More

Simple, smooth process buying certified pre-owned Luther Brookdale Toyota had a number of certified pre-owned 2014-2016 Prius models (I was also interested in Ford Fusion hybrids and Ford C-Max hybrid Luther Brookdale Toyota had a number of certified pre-owned 2014-2016 Prius models (I was also interested in Ford Fusion hybrids and Ford C-Max hybrids). Lynn Floyd was very knowledgeable about the Prius models and the changes from year to year. After I decided I was interested in a 2016 Prius Two he even sent me a recent article discussing the best hybrid cars of 2016. When I stopped back in for a longer test drive a few days later he got everything ready and let me take it out with my girlfriend. Throughout this process he answered every question I had and found answers to any of the answers of which he was unsure. After this I was sure this Prius was the car for me, we agreed on the price (he even knocked a little bit off the already low price), and Neal got started on the financing paperwork while Lynn got it detailed. The purchasing took about 2 hours, including offers for upgrades (clear coats, anti-rust underbody coatings, etc), after which Lynn helped me pair my phone with the car via bluetooth and I drove it away. All in all a great car buying experience! More
