This dealership isn't the closest to me but I was very interested in the car & the price was amazing! Lynn did a test drive on the vehicle and had the shop look it over before we made the drive out that afternoon. Of course we loved the vehicle and purchased it right away! The process went quickly and smoothly. Lynn even helped connect my phone to the Bluetooth system and took several pictures of us in front of our new car! Lynn demonstrated excellent dedication and customer service from start to finish. He even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our car. Great Customer Service and Very Professional I contacted them regarding a vehicle posted on cars.com and they responded within 12 hrs. I drove almost 200 miles to buy my new vehicle to avoid deal I contacted them regarding a vehicle posted on cars.com and they responded within 12 hrs. I drove almost 200 miles to buy my new vehicle to avoid dealing with horrible service at the Toyota of Des Moines which is about 20 mins away from my home. Bruce, the salesperson that assisted me was great. Even afte the sale was completed he still offered 10 mins of his time to show me how to utilize all the accessories on the vehicle. I was in rush so I told him thanks anyways but it was nice to know he cared. The financing and pre-approval process was very smooth but they did make it a little bit of problem when the wouldn't accept dealing with my credit union nor did they want to accept a Cashier Check for my down payment. I had to take $20k of cash with me. More
