Sara Davis was my dealer and was very quick in responses and friendly. She made the whole experience wonderful and was very helpful in getting a lease and answering any questions. After purchase she sent follow up emails and letters to make sure my car was doing me well. She even sent me a nice card for my birthday! I will definitely be back when I need another car (hopefully not for a while ) :) More

Great service on Tundra Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was l Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was less than two hours before they closed for the day, and they had three technicians working on my truck to get it done by closing time. Very convenient that they could get it done with out another trip. Truck was very dirty as well and they power washed it before running it through the car wash. Thanks! More

Very helpful and accommodating I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else will put it back in my car when my my appointment is complete. The service is always wonderful and quick. They always have a smile on their face. I feel that everyone I encounter at Luther Brookdale goes above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience. I bought my 2013 Prius from them brand new and they have a customer for life! After struggling with several crappy cars we finally went to Luther Toyota.....I had had to practically beat the sales guy to death but we finally arr After struggling with several crappy cars we finally went to Luther Toyota.....I had had to practically beat the sales guy to death but we finally arrived on a decent deal......they charge more because they take care of you more.....between my wife and kids we have about 5 Toyotas in the family now....everyone is pretty satisfied.....our first Camry is pushing 200K miles and is still running smooth.....my other daughter's RAV4 is pushing 150K miles and Toyota just decided to rebuild the engine because it didn't meet their oil consumption standards.....seriously, you're gonna rebuild the engine??? It's a win for us but Holy Cow isn't asking that an awful lot out of the engines??? Bottom line....not switching from Toyota anytime in the near future.............pick any dealer they all rock!!!!!!! More

While the one I had serviced today was not purchased at Luther Brookdale Toyota, I have had it serviced there ever since we purchased the second one there. Today was a routine lube, oil and filter, multi-point inspection, plus a front brake job Duane alerted me to a recall on the wiper system they were prepared to address as well. It was most convenient for me to wait while all this was done and I was quite comfortable in the lounge with coffee and a paper provided. All this work took just a click over 2 hours and my freshly washed car awaited me when done. Thanks again. More

This was truly an exceptional experience! Went in to the dealership to have service done on our RAV$ but instead drove away in a new RAV4. What a surprise!!
