Better experience here than the dealer I bought the car from I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with people talking on their cel phones for the entire wait. At Brookdale Toyota, the service is fast, no appointment needed for basic oil change/tire rotation, they don't try to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need, the waiting area is very pleasant with TVs at a low volume, newspapers, magazines, personal carrols for watching a different station or having a conversation without annoying the people around you. They have also showed me how to change the rear wiper on my RAV4 (not simple) and checked my tires when the low pressure light was on and it was rediculously cold outside. Have never had a bad experience here! More

They found a leaking rear seal that also caused the brake shoes to get oil soaked which could only cause problems down the road. More

I have had swverl vehucles serviced at Luther since the summer of 2013....a 2000 Camry XLE V-6 with 283 K miles, a 2011 Camry XLE which was a cerified vehicle which I purchased 11/09/13 at Luther fro my girlfriend, now my fiance... which intially hasd 41k miles and is now at 96K miles, a 2013 Camry SE sport V6 which i pirchaed new at Luther in October of 2013 and I just purchased a 2015 Avalon Limited Hybrid with the Premium paimt Ptotection and Gslss protection pakage. In additin I have had the following non-Toyota vehicles swrviced at Luther Brookdle under the careful scrutiny if Robert Madich" a) a 2013 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 b) a 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE In summary my experiences with Luther Brookdale Toyota's service Dept has been 100% positive, More
