She worked with us to determine what the best fit was for us which included several test drives many different models (Highlander, RAV4, Camry, and Venza) over several visits. We found are very knowledgeable about all the products and was very easy to talk to about our desires and concerns. in the end, we decided on a RAV4 and she work hard to get us the color we wanted (even after several changes on our part). Even after the sale, she followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will most definitely recommend her and the dealership to others. More
