Very friendly, courteous people. Work on car was done very professionally and I left with with a great deal of confidence that all was well. Thanks Luther Brookdale Toyota for leaving me with a blown engine on a car that I owe $6200 on, put $4000 down on, and had for 2900 miles/2 months. This was the worst buying experience in my life. Joshu blown engine on a car that I owe $6200 on, put $4000 down on, and had for 2900 miles/2 months. This was the worst buying experience in my life. Joshua took forever and kept skipping from me to the next person while making the deal (HOW RUDE). Bought a certified vehicle that I found multiples things wrong with the car that wasn't covered under the mini warranty they offered. They never replaced the PCV Valve when changing the oil before putting it on the lot, which was faulty, and cause engine failure 2900 miles after I bought it. Wanted me to pay $1850 in repairs, that was them being nice the Service Rep Steve and Sales/Finance Rep Joshua told me. That was thier way of showing they cared about my situation. It was a certified vehicle that wasn't inspected properly before put on the lot. Service Rep Steve said it wasn't thier fault. This business needs to be investigated by the state, commerce dept, KARE 11 News Investigation Team, or someone that can't stop the madness of big businesses taking advantage of the great citizens of Minnesota. I am now carless, owe a bunch of money on a loan, and will be taking legal actions in the future. If 1 of the Luther stores run like this it's probably a policy so steer away from them. More
