Luther Brookdale Toyota

I was recently looking at some used XLE models. I had gone to one other dealership and felt the dealer was pushy and trying to close a deal without trying to figure out what was important to me. After I left I took my parents advice and went to visit with Matt Rossetter at the Brookdale dealership since they had just bought a 2012 Camry XLE the week before. I ended up spending somewhere around an hour there going over what was important to me, going over options that stayed within my budget, and taking a test drive. It was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Matt specifically. More

We already had a new car (loved it) but we were getting more miles on than we wanted and Paula suggested we come in and look around and maybe consider a lease. What a surprise! We had more than one option(which is nice)and everyone was patient and informative with all the questions we had and even answered things that we knew nothing about. Very confortable not pressured and given ample time to decided on our own. The personnel which work at this dealership are exceptional! They told us to call if we thought of something we needed an answer to and even called us to see if we had any questions. This made it fun and exciting to once again own a new Toyota! I really like the new facility. It's very high tech. The lobby for customers (waiting area) is very nice. But I like most is location. It's Just off the free way I694. Nathan and his crew were very accommodating to me in an emergency situation with my car. They did not have to help as I did not have a vehicle they normally service. I'm driving my second Prius from this dealer (same salesperson, too, after 5 years - Badou), and have no complaints. My first impression was great and I was excited! The sales rep. I was working with told me that we have many Luther locations in the Twin Cities area and one of the benefits of buying a car from us is that you get this fuel saver card, you can go to any dealership to get your car repair and you can pull up to any Luther dealership and get a car wash for free, these are just some of the benefits of being a part of the Luther family. I thought to myself, finally a dealership that took care of their customers. WELL MY THOUGHT WAS SHORT LIVED. When I pulled up to Luther Brookdale Toyota to get my car wash, after my car being washed I was approached by Jeremy, I don't know what position he held but what he said to me I feel insulted by him he stated to me in a loud manner "THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC CAR WASH AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE USING IT" I explained to him that I bought my car from a Luther family dealership and was told I could pull up to any Luther dealership and use the car wash as I was told. He stated to me once again in a loud manner "THIS IS STRICTLY JUST FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE IT IN THE FUTURE". I told him okay sir and continue on. I got home and reflected on what was said to me "THIS IS STRICTLY JUST FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE IT IN THE FUTURE". So what am I to Luther's dealership if I am not a cutomers? I just bought a car from them and my license plates had not even come in. Where was the rude loud manner when I was a buyer? because if I had known Luther was full of it and filled with lies I would have bought my money to another dealership where they would keep their words. I just wanted to share my experience with everyone out there that plans on buying from a Luther dealership. I can only speak for myself but for me Luther Dealerships, when they give up the speech of "welcome to the Luther family, one of the great things about being a part of our family is that we take care of everyone that buys a car from us". THEY ARE FULL OF IT.. YOU CAN'T EVEN KEEP YOUR WORD ABOUT A CAR WASH AND YOU EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY AND HAVE MY CAR SERVICE BY YOU? THOSE TWO THINGS WILL NOT HAPPEN FOR ME AGAIN! More
