Came in for oil change in the early evening, but also having issue with temperature light coming on. Diagnosis was that radiator grill was dirty with cottonwood particles. He made it easy and convenient even though I didn't like the associated cost. More

I met salesman Badou Gueye who showed me my car and also helped me fill all the paper work. The process went through smoothly, and I had the key in my hand within the hour I got there having not realized all the fears I had before I got there. They tried to sell me some extra stuff I did not need like extended warranty, but the moment I said No, it was the end of story. For all the car buyers out there, do your research and know what kind of vehicle you want and the price you are willing to pay, and then try Luther Toyota City & Scion. I am very happy to find a dealership that I trust and that gives me excellent customer service from advisor to cashier. I think that Luther Toyota should be a template for other dealerships to follow. My car was completed by a team of mechanics in a timely and cost effective fashion and was not only washed but cleaned from the inside as well as a new shine to my tires. What more could you ask for? Excellent experience and they just gained a customer for life. More

Recall for floor mats, estimated time was 1 hour--25 minutes later, my vehicle was ready to go!! EXCELLENT! Other service notification was unnecessary for my model vehicle.
