The Service Rep was extremely helpful in handling the problem (rear bumper applique was poorly installed before Christmas). He quickly assessed the situation and got it fixed. The only negative in the buying process was a management policy at Luther to not accept a local Cashier’s check for payment, without pulling a credit report. This was infuriating and didn’t make sense to me or my banker. More
