My positivr 1st 2016 service I came to the dealership without an appointment with an emergency that my passenger side windows would not close after leaving open on a cold morn. I expected a serious problem but was informed reinserting the fuse and unlocking the window lock that it works perfectly. The rep suspects it might have originally froze and and worked after warming up or just a window lock issue. I believe it probably was my fault but he gave me other possibles. The fact there was no charge for the work ,along w a free car wash, made me feel very special and very happy to be one of your customers.
