This is my first service experience at the dealership, after purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. I dealth with three employees, all were friendly. The first gentleman immediately placed a plastic cover after purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. I dealth with three employees, all were friendly. The first gentleman immediately placed a plastic cover on my floormat as not to dirty it. He was respectful, called me 'sir' and didn't rush me when asking for my keys. The service was quick, and they even washed my car, which I was not expecting. A nice touch! The only complaint, albeit a minor point and not related to the quality of the service, is that the soda machine in the waiting room wasn't free. However, there were pastries available at no cost. Good work, they set the bar for my future expectations. More
I have been coming to this dealership for 11 years and wouldnt go to any other. They do an awesome job. I have recommended my friends to come to this dealership for service. There is another dealership that is closer to my house, but I still go to the Brooklyn Park location. To take it a step further, I would drive 100 miles if I had to to go to this one. This review is for 2 visits, last week and today. Last week I had the regular 45,000 mile service on my 07 Toyota Camry LE. Today I had the leaking water pump replaced. Besides having the regular work d week I had the regular 45,000 mile service on my 07 Toyota Camry LE. Today I had the leaking water pump replaced. Besides having the regular work done last week, I was given notice of the state of my tires, possibly a couple of months use left. I was also notified that my water pump had a leak. I went back today to have the water pump replaced under warranty. I'll have the tires replaced in the later fall. Although I'm careful about regular appointments, I am not good about checking things on my car. I'm grateful for the help I get about problems when I bring the car in. I also appreciate that staff is helpful in getting me appointments that fit my schedule and that they are especially courteous when I'm there. More

Toyota City has been consistently superior in their customer service. This visit to the service area for a battery issue was no different. The battery ended up being defective after approximately t customer service. This visit to the service area for a battery issue was no different. The battery ended up being defective after approximately two and one-half years of use. Imagine my delight when I learned from Duane Green, Service Advisor, that a new battery was installed and everything was covered under the warranty. In addition to the work being completed in a reasonable amount of time, I enjoyed a clean, comfortable, and inviting waiting area, complete with a complimentary continental breakfast. It was also refreshing as an added bonus to have hot chocolate available for us non-coffee drinkers. As soon as I walked outside, the car was returned to me by a pleasant young man who had just finished wiping it down after a car wash. I would like to thank Toyota City Brooklyn Park MN, and particularly the Sales Consultant Mr. Bennett Houck for the following: 1. Our delivery is on time. As scheduled early in April, we need the Toyota particularly the Sales Consultant Mr. Bennett Houck for the following: 1. Our delivery is on time. As scheduled early in April, we need the Toyota Prius in July. Mr Bennet Houck has been following our order during the past months and made the delivery on time, which makes our reallocation to Minnesota a lot easier. 2. The Toyota City has honored the original price set in April while the demand of Prius on market is dramatically increased after Japan earthquake. 3. Mr Bennet Houck is very knowledgeable in Toyota products, and has been very helpful in explaining the important issues concerning driving the new Prius in an efficient and effective manner. We have full confidence in Toyota City Brooklyn Park MN, and will certainly recommend to our friends in the future. We suggest that Toyota City may do more efforts on maintenance and services after the warranty time, e.g. making the price of changing tires and oil more competitive for all brand cars after the 25K miles warranty time, so that we will keep visiting Toyota City all the time for our cars. This was partly a routine scheduled maintenance visit, and partly a check on my car after some very rough driving. Jeremy made sure that every detail was covered, and was able to reassure me that my Toyota had survived the driving trauma undamaged (I had had to drive on a badly washed-out road - other vehicles driving that road had broken axles that day). I had hoped to have the car cleaned and detailed, not realizing that that service wasn't available on Saturdays; to make up for that, Jeremy and his crew took care of my most pressing concern (cleaning the road gunk from the door frames) gratis. This is typical of the way that Toyota City has looked after my cars for many years. More
