The costs for repair are u reasonable and not competitive. If not for having to be at a VW Dealer specifically for my recent repair, I would not have gone there. I didn't ask for or want a complete diagnostic review at $140 just to have a seat belt warning light addressed. I had to repeatedly tell the service rep not to do extra work and asked for my contact info to be updated in their records and it was not done. More
