Service was ok. Nothing impressive. I took my brand new car (purchased from this dealership). yes, they took care of the issue but I don’t believe it was thoroughly Nothing impressive. I took my brand new car (purchased from this dealership). yes, they took care of the issue but I don’t believe it was thoroughly investigated as to why it happened . When I expressed concern when I initially brought it in, I felt dismissed. No loaners cars were avail so i had to go 2 days without a car. No car wash, or anything that made me feel like they went above and beyond. I also had to call twice initially to get the appt as no phone call was returned, then i had to call to check status of my vehicle when I was promised a phone call at the end of day 1. Again, problem solved but nothing special for service More
