They were very low-pressure, even though we showed up only and hour before they closed. Our salesperson and the finance person were kind and friendly, and efficient. The only slight critical feedback I would say is once the deal was done, that was that. Not much for follow-ups of any kind, and when our check engine light came on only a couple days later, our salesperson basically said we could go to any VW dealership we wanted. Again though, all in all, it was a great experience. More
