Excellent shout out to Maurice in the Service Dept. He went the extra mile to take care of me, over and beyond anyone in your service dept, that kept passing me on. He drove my vehicle with the mechanic, went the extra mile to take care of me, over and beyond anyone in your service dept, that kept passing me on. He drove my vehicle with the mechanic, took it home to listen for the noise and took care of it. He made sure it wasn't there after the fix after multiple tries with everyone denying it. I worked with D'andre who was very courteous and patient with my schedule. I had researched the vehicle ahead of time and when we went to test-drive it it didn't want to start so the dealerships immediately with my schedule. I had researched the vehicle ahead of time and when we went to test-drive it it didn't want to start so the dealerships immediately took it into the mechanics they figured out it was a very minor issue and went ahead and replace the part more as a precaution than a necessity. At no point was anybody pushy or overbearing and they were very accommodating of me transferring car seats to allow for my three children to come along on the test drive. They have all the paperwork ready ahead of time so when we went to make the final purchase it was a very quick transaction! More
