Problem was partially fixed. I’ve had my car in there multiple times since buying it brand new off the lot. I’m tired of doing this. I wish I had never bought this car. My sales person, Ilenna, and finance people were great to work with. The sales managers, however, we’re more challenging to work with. I didn’t have a high level of trust with them and was somewhat turned o work with. The sales managers, however, we’re more challenging to work with. I didn’t have a high level of trust with them and was somewhat turned off. Too focused on short term goals and not focused enough on long term repeat business and referrals. They have to understand that any dealer can sell a car in this environment, it’s not hard. It’s more about where is the consumer going to buy 2-5 years down the road and are they going to recommend Luther to their friends? I did not trust the two sales managers I worked with. Lastly, don’t advertise home delivery on your website or communicate it if you can’t follow through with it. And no, I didn’t have a trade in to have evaluated. More
