I was pleasantly surprised at how streamlined the process was when bringing my son's TDI Jetta in for a check engine light. Car hat I bought was 3k overpriced, but with such lean used car market I had no choice but to buy it. Issues with dealers warranty came up. Both seat warmers didn't work. It is impossible to schedule an used car market I had no choice but to buy it. Issues with dealers warranty came up. Both seat warmers didn't work. It is impossible to schedule an appointment in reasonable time, and it feels as if I am pulling their teeth requesting a courtesy car, etc. I guess that it is just a new normal when customer service doesn't matter anymore.
