Couldnt figure out How to get the Lugnuts off my car. Was about to charge me upwards of $300 for it. Took my car to the St. Louis Park location They got it off within an hour. A month ago I took my vehicl about to charge me upwards of $300 for it. Took my car to the St. Louis Park location They got it off within an hour. A month ago I took my vehicle in to get the air conditioner fixed. They said I need to replace the engine. Spent $5000 to replace the engine and the air conditioner is not fixed. These guys seriously don’t know what the xxxx they are doing And I wouldnt recommend sending my bicycle in there More

Impersonal. Was told on phone only oil change and rotation and 1.5 hour wait. Get there and am told 40,000 miles check and 4 hours. I regret that I didn't drive away. An employee drove me home. A guy rotation and 1.5 hour wait. Get there and am told 40,000 miles check and 4 hours. I regret that I didn't drive away. An employee drove me home. A guy who picked me up took an unnecessary detour that took twice as long. The service manage was not friendly. He never smiled. I sent a text reply asking if they were going out of business, and if that's why they didn't care if customers never came back. More
