I have experienced multiple negligent incidents with mechanics. Oil plug not secured at last visit, resulting in need to tow back to dealership and most recently lug nuts not secured to wheel properly ( mechanics. Since I started bringing my car to this dealer 8 years ago, I have consistently received excellent customer service. The staff is always extremely courteous and willing to go the extra mile, and the work ago, I have consistently received excellent customer service. I especially enjoy the new feature where the mechanic emails me a video walk-around of my car with an explanation of its status.
