It was refreshing working with Mary and Todd (GM). I went in unsure if I was going to get a vehicle or not and they made this whole process smooth and seamless for me. I do not usually write reviews but felt that the service was so good they deserved a positive review. Mary was super laid back and was extremely helpful. Todd is unlike any GM I have worked with. He was hands on and made the experience as positive as it could have been. I will continue to business with Luther as long as this is type of service I get with car shopping. 5 stars all around. My sales rep, Jill Taylor was Excellent. She answered all our Questions an also ordered a Flush Trans b/c my son requested it. Which was a Very Good thing he requested this b/c that is when Repairman saw all our Questions an also ordered a Flush Trans b/c my son requested it.
