First time buyer of a VW . Extremely disappointing experience from the first sales reps. Three times I was told this vehicle had new tires and a new battery. I did not appreciate being lied to. Good service and efficient. Disappointed with covid measures as two of the intake folks (not back in Service) were not wearing masks correctly. The initial employee who helped me wore his mask right th measures as two of the intake folks (not back in Service) were not wearing masks correctly. The initial employee who helped me wore his mask right the whole time. One of the others had it below the nose and one had it off completely for at least 5 minutes. Makes me uncomfortable and will impact future use of this department. More

Top notch customer service as always. I had them remount my tires because I kept losing tire pressure. My tire pressure light came back on the next day. Brought it back to the dealership and they spent abou my tires because I kept losing tire pressure. My tire pressure light came back on the next day. Brought it back to the dealership and they spent about an hour trying to diagnose the issue. While they couldn’t find the cause, just the way it was handled was great. More
