Called to get oil change and tires rotated. They got me right in. Thumbs up! Guy wanted me to also have brakes inspected? For another $40 thumbs down! Go to pay the bill $10 wasn’t taken off, paperwork had to be written up again thumbs down! Cars done and I’m on my way home. Okay here’s the best part, review bill and Brookdale VW charges me for a replacement drain plug? I’m like what’s up with this? They rotate all tire but didn’t replace the lug nuts!
