I came in because the battery in my fob said it needed to be replaced and it was covered under warranty. I was told a couple times, both over the phone and in-person, that it would only take 20 minutes or so be replaced and it was covered under warranty. I was told a couple times, both over the phone and in-person, that it would only take 20 minutes or so and that the only reason it would take that long is because of paperwork due to warranty. An hour after arriving I finally got my car back. I’m not sure why it took a full hour to replace a key fob battery but it would have been nice if I had been told that’s how long it would be up front. More
