Terrible customer service. Felt rushed, asking if i booked a rental because there may not be enough when i stated this over the phone . Told your rep Bradley Nimz continue to try and push the sell of tires and rims when i stated i only need a repair or check on one tire. Also missed every call I placed with him but answered text messages faster after I stated I am running a business and don’t have time to play phone tag. This year I am planned to stay in the VW family by buying a new Jetta, but instead I switched to Mitsubishi yesterday. As a business owner I expect my employees to treat every customer with a red carpet. Your rep Bradley failed at this which results in me choosing a different brand of car. More
