There were issues that I came across dealing with the initial repair like diagnostic cost that I never ask for. I was force to get diagnostic even thought I didn't need it. I don't know if there was a policy that say Every customer has to pay 150 dollars to even get the repair done but ok. Other than than the service was good and I would say they are really force people to get something they don't need and will try to get every penny off of you. I probably would never come here, but I thank the technician for there hardwork. More

The salesperson who was going to handle the purchase of our vehicle, Jill, was deceptive, did not follow through on anything she said and changed all of the terms on what we originally had agreed to when w our vehicle, Jill, was deceptive, did not follow through on anything she said and changed all of the terms on what we originally had agreed to when we first decided to sell our vehicle to the dealership. When I questioned her about the discrepancies in what she told me the day before (over the phone) she was very rude and abrasive. She actually handed our keys back and told me to “get in my little car and drive down the street to another dealership.” When I told her I couldn’t believe how rude she was treating me, she said, “Oh hunny, you haven’t seen rude yet!”. On a positive note, Matt the Used Car Manager was a very level-headed and excellent communicator that quickly resolved all that Jill had done and made it right. Thank you Matt. Unfortunately, Jill has probably cost your dealership other customers that you may not even be aware of-judging by how we were treated and told to go elsewhere. More

It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Began with an immediate text after showing interest in my Jetta. Followed through with an appt to come in for a drive.
