Sales initially went great. Associate was very accommodating/understanding during process. Brand new vehicle arrived smelling of smoke with what seemed like potential ash on center console and das accommodating/understanding during process. Brand new vehicle arrived smelling of smoke with what seemed like potential ash on center console and dashboard. Tried following up with salesman through cell number provided. Sales person did not respond until I made a called complaint to the on-site manager. Sales person claimed they are a smoker and could have been lingering off of them, but said smoking in the vehicle would be “automatic dismissal”. To me, it was a rather dismissive response and made me feel as though I never saw what I did. Said they would get it cleaned out whenever I wanted to pop in. Ended up going in one afternoon to get it cleaned out only to be told again that there was no one smoking in that vehicle given their installed “smoke detectors” and was told I needed to wait 45 minutes to get it cleaned out because service staff were backed up. I can understand that, however, the angering piece is that I had emailed the associate the morning of and they informed me to just come in - not to schedule an actual time to get it cleaned. Essentially, I went for nothing. I left a voicemail for management again stating I would not like to continue working with the sales associate moving forward. Will see if they call back. More
