I had my truck in for the 3rd time because of rust spots around the door windows. The first 2 times, they didn’t get them all. No one even came out to the truck with me to check it over and the quality of the work. On another note, when I bought the truck the sales person remarked on the towing package and showed me the 2 different plugins for either a standard trailer or one with brakes. They were in the glove box. Now those happen to be missing and there are wiring kits for backup cameras...funny, the truck came standard with a backup camera. More
