I took my Car in for an oil change, back rear tire was wobbling, and 20k mile tune up. I waited for 2 hours and was told everything was fine but they were not able to give me the complementary balance. Wh wobbling, and 20k mile tune up. I waited for 2 hours and was told everything was fine but they were not able to give me the complementary balance. When I drove home the car shook worse then before. I called back and let the service person know and they said I could schedule another appointment but a balance and look at the tires would cost $120. I took the care to tires plus and Discount tires. They both said two tires were cupped and three sides were out of alignment. Absolute the 20k check found that and they tried to make more money off of me by making me come back in when there was obviously something wrong. Never going back here. More
