Just purchased my 2nd car in 6 months from JR with Luther Brookdale Volkswagen. Previous to owning my first Volkswagen, I owned a Honda Accord and would go to Luther Brookdale Honda for all my service needs. Brookdale Volkswagen. Previous to owning my first Volkswagen, I owned a Honda Accord and would go to Luther Brookdale Honda for all my service needs. Honda did a good job, but Volkswagen has and continues to so an excellent job. JR has never been pushy. My first purchase was a gently used 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI I bought 6 months ago. Due the coronavirus epidemic, Luther Brookdale Volkswagen came out with a deal on new purchases that I couldn't resist. I came in to look at a brand new Passat, but I was underwhelmed. I thought for sure that's what I wanted. I started looking at the GTI, and that's when JR steered me to the Jetta 2.0 GLI. Nice zippy little sports-like car, something different. It took me a minute, but I eventually signed on. With the deal I was getting on the new car, and knowing it's covered but warranty for 6 years, and more importantly it's a sweet looking/driving car, JR did it again! He got me the right car and didn't try to get me into the most expensive car. Jennifer, business manager, was wonderful to work with also. She set me up with the right products for my brand new beauty without pushing too much. And she was great to gossip with about my life - I think I revealed more about my life with her than I ever have with the woman who's been cutting my hair for years! You all are wonderful and I appreciate your family-feel, but professional environment. If you need a car, doesn't have to be only Volkswagen, give JR a call! Thanks again, guys! More

Brookdale VW just completed a recall job on my car. During the work, another part was accidentally broken. They lent me a similar car, ordered the part, and completed repairs. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. The recall and repairs were completed perfectly. They also did a repair of the rear window washer under bumper-to-bumper. Everything was taken care of. I decided to purchase some muddy buddy floor liners. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
