I initially found a car I was interested in on CarGurus, shortly after I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chad. I had previously had a pretty poor experience at another Minneapolis Volkswagen d shortly after I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chad. I had previously had a pretty poor experience at another Minneapolis Volkswagen dealership, so Chads courtesy and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I let him know what car I was interested in and he did an excellent job of showing me the car, going over the various features. I was immediately hooked and left a $500 hold on the car so I could come back and purchase it in a couple days. In the day between he did an excellent job of communicating and answering my various questions I texted to him. When the big day came to buy the car he was nothing but professional, it was a fun and easy experience buying from Luther Volkswagen and the salesman chad. Jacque in the finance department was also very helpful and she no problems answering your various questions and help you keep your budget. More

Great work to update the car, terrible customer service This was the third visit to this VW service station, and the second time I received very poor customer service. It would seem that the new hires are n This was the third visit to this VW service station, and the second time I received very poor customer service. It would seem that the new hires are not versed in all aspects of financing. I was talked at instead of talked to and the girl I worked with seemed to be in a rush when going over the service I requested. I was updated with the usual information regarding my car, but I had a problem with what happened after I had paid. My keys were in a place where I could not see them, and if they were, I would have driven away without a thank you or anything. The girl I dealt with treated me like an idiot when we walked back to my car. She just got right into my car and grabbed them from the cup holder. I was beyond livid. I just wanted to leave, but she quickly had to rush the "thanks" part, which was very rude. Why were my keys left in the car? Kindly hand them to me please when the service is finished. I don't want to trust someone who will be taking me through a couple hundred dollars worth of service without giving me all my options I didn't know I had and treating me like I was at a retail store. I thought VW had higher standards than this I guess I could expect nothing more. Please retrain the front desk people again. More
