The only place I will go to get my VW serviced! Great people, great service, clean and comfortable waiting area. The service department has always been great to work with. They have found coupons for me to get discounts on the maintenance performed, they have given me a complimentary loaner car when I couldn't afford to wait for my car to be serviced. They are always offering me advice on the maintenance that should be performed now or can wait. They have always been honest, even called me back to say, they found a way to replace one part rather then a whole latch system; it saved me a lot of money. I often brag about them to friends who have gone elsewhere, saying "what other dealership or mechanic's shop does that?" They are great about getting me in and out as quickly as possible. But if I have to wait, there is cookies, granola bars and water, with vending machines if that isn't enough. Along with comfortable seating, television and wifi. This is the only place I go to get my Jetta serviced! This is my 3rd VW and I have tried other places in the past but I have been taken advantage of too many times. Did my due diligence at home, walked in and bought a car! I drove a Volkswagen Atlas two months ago and then went and drove everything else comparable. Met up with my salesman, Chad Linderman and told him that if the deal was right, I wanted to walk out with one that night. Chad was an absolute joy to work with, I got the deal I wanted and everybody walked me through it with an ease that really surprised me, me being an old guy from the “old guy; lets negotiate“ school of buying cars. Life after lease I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jill Taylor for a few years now. Our first interaction was a few years out from the end of our lease and we wan I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jill Taylor for a few years now. Our first interaction was a few years out from the end of our lease and we wanted to get into a TDI. We put that on hold and waited till our lease was almost up. When we were ready to turn in the lease, I used a car buying service through my credit union and by no coincidence, Jill was paired with us. When she contacted us, it was like no time had past and we were great friends. I told Jill what I was looking for (and it was a pretty lengthy list not to mention my request for interior/exterior color and overall esthetics) she offered up a few and I hadn’t fallen ‘in love’. So we continued to look. After a few leads and her following up on those, I decided on an Atlas. I drove it to show my husband, we decided on a few extras on top of it. She said she’d have it ready for us when we wanted to pick it up. 2 days later, after sleeping on it, we decided it wasn’t for us. We wanted something smaller. She we were on the hunt again. Again, I sent her a lead, she worked to get the car to the dealership. As a plan B she took to the lot and sent me a picture of this beautiful darkish Gray Tiguan SEL Jet Black with black wheels. OMG! It was sporty! It was unique! It had everything we absolutely needed! Not to mention, it was priced PERFECT! We told her to hold it, we were coming to look at it. Once we got to the dealership I fell ‘in love’! It was beautiful!!! To say Jill didn’t go above and beyond would be an understatement. She moved mountains for me. She found the perfect car and her dedication and service deserves more then just a 5 star. If I could give her a 100, I would! More
