Life after lease I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jill Taylor for a few years now. Our first interaction was a few years out from the end of our lease and we wan I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jill Taylor for a few years now. Our first interaction was a few years out from the end of our lease and we wanted to get into a TDI. We put that on hold and waited till our lease was almost up. When we were ready to turn in the lease, I used a car buying service through my credit union and by no coincidence, Jill was paired with us. When she contacted us, it was like no time had past and we were great friends. I told Jill what I was looking for (and it was a pretty lengthy list not to mention my request for interior/exterior color and overall esthetics) she offered up a few and I hadn’t fallen ‘in love’. So we continued to look. After a few leads and her following up on those, I decided on an Atlas. I drove it to show my husband, we decided on a few extras on top of it. She said she’d have it ready for us when we wanted to pick it up. 2 days later, after sleeping on it, we decided it wasn’t for us. We wanted something smaller. She we were on the hunt again. Again, I sent her a lead, she worked to get the car to the dealership. As a plan B she took to the lot and sent me a picture of this beautiful darkish Gray Tiguan SEL Jet Black with black wheels. OMG! It was sporty! It was unique! It had everything we absolutely needed! Not to mention, it was priced PERFECT! We told her to hold it, we were coming to look at it. Once we got to the dealership I fell ‘in love’! It was beautiful!!! To say Jill didn’t go above and beyond would be an understatement. She moved mountains for me. She found the perfect car and her dedication and service deserves more then just a 5 star. If I could give her a 100, I would! More
