I called the dealership as we were on our way and Navar was patient with us and said there was a shuttle that could bring us to a restaurant. When we got there the shuttle wasn’t around, so Navar personally drove us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up after. He also personalized our oil change to save us some time and get us on our way as quickly as possible. All with a smile the entire time. Thank you Navar! Highly recommend! More

I realized my passenger window didn’t go down after the first appointment told them at the second appointment and they said that’s what my second appointment was for. When I didn’t even know that was happening till after I made the appointment. My digital speedometer does my average speed but it is wrong. I told them about it and they did not fix it. They have my car a car wash and it still has bird poop on it when I got it back. Would like a call from the dealership to figure out what they can do. More

I had previous very bad experiences with VW dealer service. This time I was very happy. Repairs were covered by warranty and done very quickly. Rental car was provided. Excellent communication with me including tips on how to keep my car in top shape. My car is now running as good as new. Dealer service was previously the worst thing about VW ownership. I’m very happy to see they are making significant improvements. More
