Mixed thoughts... I had a scheduled oil change at 9:30. I arrived at 9:15. I was told when I made the appt my first would be free. When I arrived they said it wasn’t. T I had a scheduled oil change at 9:30. I arrived at 9:15. I was told when I made the appt my first would be free. When I arrived they said it wasn’t. The manager also said I don’t see any notes, which made me feel like I was a liar. I told them that I was told it was and for the next almost hour they called around to see who told me that. I called the call center back to which they found the recording of the gentleman telling me it was free. All while this was going on they never started my oil change. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. It was very disappointing that I had to spend so much time defending what the guy told me and then to be there for over two hours for something that was supposed to take an hour. At some point during this it should be about taking care of the customer. I bought a brand new car... I guess that doesn’t mean anything. More

Upon arrival, the car was ready to go, we took it for a ride. When we sat down to discuss further - were able to get a fair trade in price for our trade in. We left that night with our new car and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for making us feel like family. More

Incredible Experience! I worked with Tim (TK) and he was absolutely amazing! I am new to the Volkswagen family so I didn’t know much about the vehicles. He has been working I worked with Tim (TK) and he was absolutely amazing! I am new to the Volkswagen family so I didn’t know much about the vehicles. He has been working with Volkswagen for 30 years and has also been driving them! Tim is extremely knowledgeable on the vechicles and can speak from experience. Taking into consideration my needs and budget, he put me in a Tiguan SE and I am obsessed!! I am so glad I put my trust in Tim, car shopping can be stressful and he made it a breeze. His laid back approach and humor made me feel like family. He truly cares about his people! While I was waiting for their complimentary gas fill and cleanup, the General Manager approached me congratulating me on my purchase. He let me know I can reach out to him if I ever need anything or have any questions. The front desk lady was even excited for me about my new purchase! I felt so welcomed at Luther Brookdale Volkswagen, they will definitely have my continued business!! More

Emissions warranty work I brought my 2013 Jetta tdi in because of a check engine light that I knew was related to the dpf and egr system. They offered me a free loaner vehicl I brought my 2013 Jetta tdi in because of a check engine light that I knew was related to the dpf and egr system. They offered me a free loaner vehicle while they looked into it. A few hours after I left the dealership they called and said it was in fact the dpf system that needed to be replaced. I asked them to do a few other maintenance items and they were happy to oblige. They told me it would be done 4 days later and it was. They called me around noon and I wasn't able to pick my car up until the next day. When I arrived they had my car washed, cleaned up and all maintenance and warranty work was done and they walked me through it all. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. More
