This dealership normally does great work and keeps me informed about the status of my vehicle’s service progress. But this time in was different. I was informed the replacement of four tires would take 2 informed about the status of my vehicle’s service progress. But this time in was different. I was informed the replacement of four tires would take 2 hours. Two hours came and went. After three hours I asked a service representative the status of my vehicle. He told me they were behind in the garage due to the availability of a certain machine used to balance my tires. After four hours, the work was completed. I usually get text updates or a representative will tell me if the service will take longer than they said initially, but this time no one notified me of a delay. So I was kept guessing. More

I had to bring my 2 kids to our service appointment. There was a clean area for children and snacks which was a huge positive. A part did not pass inspection on my vehicle and they were going to let me There was a clean area for children and snacks which was a huge positive. A part did not pass inspection on my vehicle and they were going to let me walk out after paying without discussing it (seemingly related to warranty work that was already completed TWICE). Another associate was able to look at my paperwork and suggest I have someone look at it at my next appointment but didn’t know if it would be covered again. That was frustrating! I had to travel for work most of March so I have not had time to follow-up again. I would have appreciated more confident answers prior to leaving my Feb appt. More

Not satisfied with the service. I scheduled an oil change and was greated by a new service memeber. I said I think I've had at least 5 oil changes so am due for the "free" service I scheduled an oil change and was greated by a new service memeber. He wanted to check the key tag which I replied that that isn't updated as I have two others at home, can you check my service records. Of which he said he couldn't. To my dissapointment, ended up using a coupon instead. I then asked the check-out clerk and she claimed she had no access to my service records. Upon check out I ask the service member to print me my records, at the time I should have reviewed them before paying as it does show I had more than enough oil changes to receive a "free" one. Now that my vehicle is out of warranty, it will be quite a while before I return to use your services other than finally receiving that elegidly "free" oil change. More
