I never received any calls regarding my vehicle and it was there for 8 days. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was told it was 'out there' and it was covered in snow and ice. It didn't even have the she was there for 8 days. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was told it was 'out there' and it was covered in snow and ice. It didn't even have the sheet on the floor to protect it. I had to find it and scrape it off myself. I was not informed of what they found verbally. The engine light came back on the same day and I'm disappointed I have to bring it back. More
