Dealership was good but not so sure about salesperson My salesperson showed me the "Carfax" but he read them to me and I should have paid more attention and read it myself so it's my fault for trusting hi My salesperson showed me the "Carfax" but he read them to me and I should have paid more attention and read it myself so it's my fault for trusting him. He said the used vehicle had only one previous owner that was a nonsmoker in Virginia, no collisions. I read it later after I bought the vehicle and saw that the one non-smoking owner was a rental agency. I'm not happy about this. It should have been emphasized that I was buying a rental vehicle. I was also told by Tero that the vehicle had an alarm system when I called my auto insurance from the dealership so I could get a quote. My monthly insurance premium will cost more money because it does not have an alarm system. I'm embarrassed that I wasn't more careful and trusted a salesperson. Hopefully I won 't have issues with the vehicle, like it so far. The rest of the staff was very nice though. More

I felt Andy provided an easy style that did not pressure me into buying; but was there to answer questions and provide options. Jennifer and Andy provided information on buying vs leasing without pressure and provided several analysis I asked for to show final monthly payment. As I was leaving the GM personally thanked me and made me feel even more comfortable about my new car. I will definitely be a future customer. More
