Because of the good salesmanship of Jacob Hornste I was just checking on my lease. To my surprise it turned out to be a lot more than just checking. Because of the good salesmanship of Jacob Hornstein. I was not able to keep within in my budget. But, he convinced me if was going to get the vehicle I really wanted I would have to up my price. He was really knowledgeable about the vehicle and what I wanted. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted for $70.00 less a month than was quoted but with a different color. He helped me a lot with the new technology on the new Hyundai Santa Fe. By the way, I did trade up from a Hyundai Sonata sport. It was really good experience. He has a real positive attitude and very humorous and uplifting. More

Folling that I worked with Bill...who gave me more details about the contract and the extended / additional warranty option...even though I indicated before he even got started that I wouldn't be purchasing he encouraged me to at least hear the one option he thought might fit the best. He did it in a non aggressive way and I was glad I listened as I received information that that helped me make a more informed decision...based on our life and situation Imstill opted out. Finally worked with Ryan for the finish and finance piece...he was equally pleasant and professional to work with not to mention I got a few good leads on some restaurant options in my neighbor hood.
