Mike & Jim buck the stereotype I had the most enjoyable car buying experience working with Mike Barcalow and Jim Ganfield. Whereas in most big ticket purchases (house, car, etc) I had the most enjoyable car buying experience working with Mike Barcalow and Jim Ganfield. Whereas in most big ticket purchases (house, car, etc) the sales person's friendship is obviously artificial, with Mike and Jim it truly was genuine. The add-on packages like warranty extensions and paint protection were explained to me with no "hard sell," and when I declined it was happy accepted - no pushing to get me to change my mind. I purchased the car through the Costco Auto Purchase service, so I got to the purchase price without needing to haggle. I had done my research before, and compared to TrueCar.com pricing I did very well. Overall a great experience, in a large part thanks to Mike and Jim. More
